About the Author
A native of Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he attended both undergraduate and law school, Author Lee Solomon is a Houston attorney whose law firm provides immigration, business, and employment law services to individual and business clients. He established his own law firm after working for years as a partner in two large law firms. In the course of his career he served as the managing partner of the Houston office of a large multi-state law firm, a department head in another large law firm, the Vice President and General Counsel of a large, publicly traded company, and the President and CEO of a software design and marketing company that served the legal community.
Lee now enjoys offering his clients a more personal touch through the private law practice he opened in 2004. He especially enjoys helping others through the immigration process that he and Ping lived through. Lee and his wife Ping live with their daughter Cici in Houston . Ping works with Lee every day in his law firm, and usually surprises clients and visitors with delicious cups of hot Chinese tea. Cici has not allowed the fact that English is her third language to keep her from participating in the marching band while becoming an excellent 9 th grade student at Lutheran High North.
Lee and Ping have a home in China as well, where many members of their family, and many friends, are admirers of their love for each other and the wonderful life they found together. Lee is currently working on his second book, a “how to” book detailing the immigration laws that govern marriages to aliens and the complex immigration process that follows. In addition, the eagerly awaited sequel to No Price Too Great is not far behind.
